Stan Store Pricing Teardown: What $29 and $99 a Month Really Get You
Two plans, no transaction fees, no free tier. Here is what sits behind each Stan Store price, what the $99 a month upgrade actually unlocks, and the point where a coach outgrows the model.

TL;DR
• Stan Store has two plans. Creator is $29 a month or $300 a year. Creator Pro is $99 a month or $948 a year.
• There are no platform transaction fees on either plan. You pay Stripe or PayPal processing and keep the rest.
• There is no free plan. There is a 14 day free trial on both tiers.
• The $29 a month plan is more generous than most people expect. Courses, communities, memberships, booking and AutoDM are all in there.
• Creator Pro is a marketing and checkout upgrade, not a delivery upgrade. Discount codes, order bumps, upsells, payment plans, affiliates, email broadcasts and flows, and pixel tracking.
• Nothing in either plan gives you a branded app in the App Store. That is the ceiling, and it is the reason coaches eventually look elsewhere.
The two plans, plainly
Creator, $29 a month. Billed annually it is $300 a year, which saves $48 against paying monthly.
Creator Pro, $99 a month. Billed annually it is $948 a year, which saves $240 against paying monthly.
Pricing, checked September 2026. Both figures verified on Stan Store's own pricing material. Stan charges 0% platform transaction fees on both tiers. There is no free plan, only a 14 day trial.
That is the whole price list. No seat pricing, no contact metering, no revenue share. For a category full of tools that quietly bill you more as you grow, this is worth saying clearly: Stan does not charge you more for selling more.
What the $29 a month plan actually includes
This is the part most teardowns get wrong by implying the cheap tier is a stripped demo. It is not.
Creator at $29 a month includes a mobile and desktop storefront, calendar and booking tools for coaching calls, store and product analytics, an unlimited online course builder with course analytics, recurring subscription setup, lead magnets and email capture, community features, and AutoDM for automated Instagram responses.
Read that list again with a coach's eyes. You can sell a course, run a community, take recurring payments, book 1:1 calls and automate your Instagram DMs for $29 a month with no cut taken on sales. For a coach making their first £2,000 online, that is a hard offer to argue with.
The honest summary of the entry plan is that it covers delivery completely and marketing barely at all.
What the extra $70 a month buys
Creator Pro adds everything in Creator plus discount codes, limited quantity offers, upsells and order bumps, Stan Payments with Afterpay and Klarna, affiliate management, contact import, email broadcast, email flows, and pixel tracking for Meta, Google, Pinterest and TikTok.
Group those and the shape is obvious. Creator Pro is three upgrades wearing one price.
Checkout revenue. Order bumps, upsells, payment plans and buy now pay later. These raise the value of sales you were already going to make.
Email ownership. Import your list, send broadcasts, build flows. On the $29 a month plan you can collect emails but you cannot really market to them, which means paying for a separate email tool anyway.
Attribution. Pixel tracking. If you run paid traffic, you need this, and there is no version of running ads well without it.
The breakeven is easy to reason about. $70 a month extra is $840 a year. If order bumps and upsells add £15 to an average order and you make forty sales a year, the upgrade has paid for itself. If you are not running ads, not emailing your list and not doing upsells, you are paying $840 a year for features you are not using.
Where the real cost hides
Stan's headline pricing is honest, which is rare. The costs that surprise people sit next to it, not inside it.
Payment processing. Stan takes 0%, but Stripe and PayPal still take their standard cut on every sale. That is normal and every platform has it, but "zero fees" gets read as "zero fees" by people budgeting for the first time.
The email tool you still need on Creator. If you are on the $29 a month plan and using a separate email platform, add that subscription to the real monthly figure before comparing Stan to anything else.
No free tier. Beacons, Linktree and Gumroad all let you start at £0 and pay a percentage instead. Stan's model is better once you are selling and worse before you have sold anything. If you truly do not know whether you will make a sale this quarter, a percentage model carries less risk.
The app ceiling. Stan is a link in bio store. It is an excellent one. It is not, and does not claim to be, a branded app on your clients' home screens.
How they compare
Entry monthly price. Stan Store $29 a month. KLIQ Web Spaces from $29 a month. Kajabi's entry plan sits well above both. Passion.io's entry plan sits well above both.
Platform transaction fee on sales. Not charged by Stan Store, KLIQ or Kajabi. Charged as a percentage by Linktree, Gumroad, Beacons and other free tier link in bio tools.
Free plan available. Not offered by Stan Store, which runs a 14 day trial instead. Offered by Linktree, Gumroad and Beacons, funded by taking a percentage of sales.
Courses and communities on the cheapest paid plan. Included by Stan Store at $29 a month. Included by KLIQ at Web Spaces level.
Instagram DM automation included. Included by Stan Store as AutoDM on both plans. Included by KLIQ as DM Flow. Not offered natively by Kajabi, which needs a third party tool.
Email broadcasts and flows. Not included on Stan Store Creator, only on Creator Pro at $99 a month. Included by KLIQ as broadcast email. Included by Kajabi.
Branded iOS and Android app. Included with KLIQ and, on its upper tiers only, Passion.io. Not offered by Stan Store, Kajabi or Skool at any price.
Livestreaming to your audience. Included with KLIQ. Not offered natively by Stan Store.
Pricing, checked September 2026. Stan Store Creator $29 a month or $300 a year, Creator Pro $99 a month or $948 a year, 0% platform fees, 14 day trial, no free plan, all verified on Stan Store's own pricing material. KLIQ Web Spaces from $29 a month, own branded app from $149 a month, first 14 days free, first month £1, free migration. Kajabi and Passion.io figures are deliberately not quoted here because they were not verified on the vendors' own pricing pages this month.
The honest verdict, including when not to choose KLIQ
Stan Store is very good at what it is, and for a large number of coaches it is the correct answer.
Stay on Stan Store if your business is a link in bio, a handful of digital products and some coaching calls. If your traffic is Instagram and TikTok, if you sell to people who discover you and buy within a few minutes, and if you have no appetite for running a community day to day, Stan at $29 a month is close to unbeatable. Do not migrate for the sake of it.
Upgrade to Creator Pro rather than switching platforms if what you are missing is email flows, order bumps or pixel tracking. That is a $70 a month problem, not a platform problem.
Do not choose KLIQ if you are pre revenue and unsure. Start on Stan, prove that people will pay you, and revisit the question when you have something to migrate. A branded app with no audience is an expensive way to learn that the offer was wrong.
Do not choose KLIQ if impulse buying from a link in bio is most of your revenue. Stan's storefront is purpose built for exactly that moment and KLIQ is not trying to beat it at that job.
Consider KLIQ when retention becomes the problem rather than acquisition. The moment your business depends on people coming back every week, a browser tab is working against you. That is what an app on the home screen, push notifications, livestream, community and programmes are for. KLIQ Web Spaces start at $29 a month, which is the same entry price as Stan, and your own branded iOS and Android app starts at $149 a month. First 14 days free, first month £1, and migration is free.
The clean way to decide: if you sell moments, stay on Stan. If you sell months, look at an app.
FAQ
How much does Stan Store cost in 2026?
Creator is $29 a month or $300 a year. Creator Pro is $99 a month or $948 a year. Both charge 0% platform transaction fees. Checked September 2026.
Does Stan Store have a free plan?
No. There is a 14 day free trial on both plans, after which you need a paid plan to keep using the platform.
Is Stan Store Creator Pro worth $99 a month?
It is worth it if you use email flows, order bumps, upsells, payment plans or pixel tracking. The upgrade costs $840 a year, so a few dozen sales with a £15 order bump covers it. If you are not doing those things, the $29 a month plan already delivers your products.
What are Stan Store's transaction fees?
Stan takes 0% of your sales on both plans. You still pay standard Stripe or PayPal processing fees, which are not a Stan charge.
Can you get your own app with Stan Store?
No. Stan is a link in bio storefront, not an app builder. For a branded iOS and Android app you need a platform built for it, which is where KLIQ and Passion.io sit.
